What days do you deliver?

We deliver orders every Friday! You can place your order anytime during the week, our cut off time on Friday is 10am any orders placed after this time will be delivered the following Friday. 

 

When will I receive my order?

Your order will arrive on the day of delivery between 9am and 5pm. We will send you an sms once your order has been delivered.

 

Can I choose the type of blooms or colour?

No, sorry!

We hand pick the freshest seasonal blooms from local markets, therefore you can be sure to receive a beautiful bunch of flowers all year round. To get an idea of our designs and colours we create visit our Instagram or Facebook!

 

What happens if the recipient isn’t home?

If the recipient isn’t home when we deliver, we will attempt to leave the posy or gift box in the best noticeable and safe location we can find.

If there is nowhere safe for our drivers to leave the items we will try and contact you to discuss. If you can’t be contacted we will return the items to our warehouse, you can choose to have the posy or gift box redelivered later that afternoon or Saturday for a $15 fee.   

Please note – Some of the items in our Boxes are perishable and we can’t be held responsible for any items that may perish if not delivered directly to the recipient. We take no responsibility for items lost or missing once they have been delivered if the recipient isn’t home.

 

What if you can’t access the recipients home (apartment, security gate etc)?

Please provide us with as much information at check out as possible about the delivery, if you know the recipient won’t be home.

If we can’t gain access we will call the sender and then with their permission the recipient, if neither are contactable we will return the items to our warehouse, you can choose to have the posy or gift box redelivered later that afternoon or Saturday for a $15 fee.

 

Where do you deliver?

Please check our delivery page for a list of suburbs we deliver to. If your suburb isn’t listed but next to a suburb that is feel free to contact us and we will see what we can do.

 

What if you cant reach me by 5pm?

There may be circumstances out of our control like traffic jams or road closures! If for some reason we cant deliver to you before 5pm we will contact you asap to arrange a suitable time. 

 

Is there a greeting card with each delivery?

Yes! There are 9 card we have designed to choose from, you will find these listed on the product page, where you can choose a card and add your message.

 

What if I entered the wrong information for my order?

If you have entered the wrong information please contact ASAP via our contact page with the correct details.

 

Can I freeze my cold pressed Juice?

We don’t recommend freezing your juice but if you would like to make sure you remove some juice before putting it into the freezer, so it doesn’t explode.

 

How do I pay?

You can pay for your items at the checkout via credit card or Paypal.

 

Do you do custome orders?

Sure! Just send us an enquiry via our contact page and we will see what we can do. 

 

I am not happy with my purchase, what can I do?

Oh No, we pride ourselves on great quality and service. If you’re not happy with your purchase please contact us straight away via our contact page and we will reply ASAP.

 

We’d love to collaborate with Ruby and The Rose, how can I do that?

Great! We love to work with Australian brands, you can contact us via our contact form with your ideas, products etc and we will get back to you!
